Found this little non-descript tearpad on an endcap near the health and beauty (?!) aisle at my local Publix.  Its for a Frito-Lay/Publix Sweepstakes called “Go Green For Summer” that can only be entered once per person/telephone number by calling 1-800-969-0156. It runs from July 6 – August 8th.
